The favor Esther has here, and we’ll see throughout this book, has always caught my eye. And more-so, it’s challenged me to pray for favor. Never failing, every time I’ve prayed for this, God answers this prayer – both for myself and for others.
Maybe Esther was just a kinder, better woman than the rest, but it’s so notable to see how the woman that God wants in this position, and we’ll read why later, almost floats her way to the top and finds favor with everyone.
God works in hard situations. God is moving behind the scenes. God grants favor. And if God wants something to happen, it WILL.
